Technology has become an essential part of mass communication. If technology didn't exist than all of the advancements made throughout the years would not exist. Mass communication is also dependent on technology especially electronic technology because without it messages would not be able to be sent to large audiences. Technology has been making strides to make everyday lives easier and allow us to communicate with people easier than ever before.
Mass communication is necessary for any company to get messages about their products out. Companies need to advertise and technology allows this to happen. Before technology became such an important part of our daily lives large companies didn't exist. Technology has made it possible for companies to become world wide because of the opportunities available. Technology is necessary for any business to become successful because of the growing dependence on it. People have become used to the availability of the Internet and companies should take advantage of the fact and advertise in areas that people will see and become aware of their products.
Technology is the basis of all types of communication. Without any advancements in technology all of the advancements that have been made throughout the years would've happened. The industry would be completely different. People would still be reading by candlelight, computers and cell phones wouldn't exist. Our culture would be extremely different. Media messages wouldn't be able to be spread to large groups of people at one time, products wouldn't be sold as fast or successfully. The media industry is based on the advancements that are continually made in technology and without them the industry would seize to exist as we know it.
